If Democrats Had Brains, They'd Be Republicans

Anonymous asked: You sir are the only conservative I've ever found that has this mentality. Just to clear things up you are born with your sexual orientation, whether it be homosexual, heterosexual, bisexual, etc. etc.

I am going to assume this is a compliment and say thank you. I think that a lot of times conservatives are mistakenly associated with the far right-winged, when many have views are slightly more moderate.   Especially with the growth in publicity of the Tea Party movement, conservatives such as myself have been labeled as nutcases, when in reality this is extremely incorrect.

Anonymous asked: Homosexuality. Your opinion/stand point?

This is a fairly complicated issue.  I believe that people are homosexual, and I have no problem with it. I have no idea whether people choose to be homosexual, or whether they are born that way, but either way it is a perfectly acceptable life choice.  When it comes to the issue of gay marriage, the issue gets even more complicated.  I think that homosexuals should have the right to form relationships, have civil unions, and enjoy all of the benefits (taxes, etc.) that heterosexual couples have.  However, I do not think that it should be defined as marriage.  I don’t know what the appropriate term should be, but I think that the act of marriage is traditionally defined as being between a man and a woman.

Extreme?

leftybegone:

The result of the pro-life movement is simply another baby born healthily into the world.

The result of the pro-“choice” movement is a baby’s crushed skull, limbs torn off, its dead carcass lying in a bloody, goopy mess in the garbage bin.

Now you tell me which movement is the “extreme” one.

Thank you.

Seriously? How is this equal rights for all?

Especially since the Voter ID laws aren’t to keep blacks from voting, which is a crock of shit in and of itself, but to help prevent voter fraud. Maybe that’s why Democrats are so much against them…

Regarding experience, Sarah Palin is far more qualified for the American Presidency than Mitt Romney. This is concerning Roger Ailes’ comment that Governor Palin stands absolutely no chance at garnering the coveted office. If she would have entered the race this go around, I predict that she would have been the one to destroy the plastic-like Governor Romney. She will run at some point.
